How to Sign “Jog” in Sign Language

Did you know that jogging can actually increase your lifespan by up to 6 years? So lace up your sneakers and hit the pavement for a longer, healthier life!

Signing “Jog”

  1. Hand shape: Start with your hands in a “bent-L” handshape, with your index fingers bent.
  2. Hand location: Bring your hands in front of your body at about chest level. Hook your dominant index to you non-dominant thumb
  3. Movement: Move boths hands forward, while bending your non-dominant index finger multiple times.
  4. Facial expression: Keep a neutral facial expression.
