Days of the week are likely to come up in any conversation! Whether it’s trying talking about the current day or an event, you’ll be prepared!

Signing “Weekend”

  1. Hand shape: Form your hands into a closed “5” handshape.
  2. Hand location: In front of body, raise your non-dominant hand, palm up. Bring your dominant hand to rest on your non-dominant hand, palm down.
  3. Movement: Move your dominant hand across your non-dominant hand. When you reach the end of your finger tips, move your hand downward.
  4. Facial expression: In general, keep a neutral facial expression. But if you’re extra excited about the weekend, your facial expression can match that!
